Zack Snyder to Direct UFC Film ‘Brawler’

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is heading to the big screen with a brand-new movie project.

According to a recent announcement, renowned director Zack Snyder will co-write and direct Brawler. This film will tell the compelling story of a Los Angeles-based individual who climbs the ranks within the UFC, all while grappling with inner struggles and fighting for personal redemption. Turki Alashikh will serve as a co-producer for the movie.

Currently, details regarding the cast and the film`s release date are yet to be revealed.

Dana White, president of UFC, shared his enthusiasm in the press release, stating, “His Excellency Turki Alalshikh and Zack Snyder share a unified vision for creating a UFC-centric film. They are both deeply passionate about this project and eager to showcase to fans the immense dedication and effort required to become a UFC champion. This is a truly ambitious undertaking, and I am excited to witness it come to fruition.”

Zack Snyder`s directorial portfolio includes notable films such as Dawn of the Dead (2004), 300 (2006), Man of Steel (2013), and Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016).
