Now, “Suga” Sean O`Malley is aiming to avenge that loss and reclaim the title, a narrative the UFC is strongly emphasizing.
A new promotional video for UFC 316 was recently unveiled, placing significant focus on the upcoming title rematch. The promo notably begins by highlighting O`Malley before introducing the reigning champion. Towards the end, it briefly acknowledges the co-main event, which features a women`s bantamweight title fight between Julianna Peña and Kayla Harrison.
UFC 316 is scheduled to be held on June 7 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
