All proceeds generated from the event will be directed to the California State Athletic Commission Fighter Pension Fund.
Andy Foster, Executive Officer of the California State Athletic Commission, stated, “This is more than just a fight event. Napa Knockout is about bringing people together for an incredible night while giving back to the combat sports community in a meaningful way. We truly believe this will be a historic evening.”
The event is expected to attract athletes, celebrities, business leaders, and fans from across the nation, offering a luxurious experience unlike any previously witnessed in Napa Valley.

Napa Knockout will feature an exciting fight card showcasing emerging talent in boxing, kickboxing, and MMA as the centerpiece of this historic evening.
The action will commence with a boxing exhibition featuring Junior Olympian Marley McNealy (17-2, 5 KOs), a 24-time National Champion from San Francisco. McNealy is fresh off a strong performance at the 2026 World Boxing Futures Cup, where she secured a third-place finish. An opponent will be announced shortly.
Returning to the ring for his second professional bout near his hometown of Windsor, California, Scooby Wright (1-0) will face Eddy Herrera (1-0) from Redding, California, in a three-round amateur light heavyweight MMA match. Wright, a former linebacker for the Arizona Cardinals, transitioned to MMA and achieved an impressive first-round knockout in under 10 seconds during his debut at Fight Night: San Jose 4 last December. The 31-year-old University of Arizona Hall of Famer aims to carry that momentum into the July 25th event against the undefeated Herrera.
Additionally, Napa’s own Antonio Vasquez (1-1) will perform for his hometown crowd against Tre Orlando (professional debut) in a three-round lightweight MMA bout. Under the guidance of MMA legend Gilbert Melendez, Vasquez had a successful amateur career. After an initial setback in his professional debut, Vasquez found his rhythm at Fight Night: San Jose 3, securing a first-round kneebar submission victory. Orlando, a native of Gilroy, California, enters his professional debut with a dominant amateur record of seven wins and no losses.
One of the most formidable strikers in kickboxing, Matt Baker (4-3-1), will face Tony Charles (3-5) from San Jose, California, in a three-round kickboxing contest. Baker, hailing from Walnut Creek, California, is preparing for a must-see showdown against Charles of American Kickboxing Academy as both competitors strive to return to the win column.
