Jake Paul vs. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. Pay-Per-View Price Revealed Ahead of June Fight

MMA news

June 28th is shaping up to be a busy night for combat sports enthusiasts, featuring both a boxing match between Jake Paul and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and the UFC 317 event.

DAZN recently announced the pay-per-view cost for the Paul vs. Chavez Jr. bout, which will also include former UFC champion Holly Holm`s return to the boxing ring on the undercard.

The event is priced at $59.99 on pay-per-view, in addition to a required DAZN subscription.

This will be Paul`s first boxing appearance of 2025, following his highly-watched victory over former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson last November, an event reportedly viewed by over 100 million people on Netflix.

The win against the 58-year-old Tyson brought Paul`s professional record to 11-1. He now aims to add another well-known name to his list by fighting Chavez in June.

Chavez, at 39 years old, is considered past his prime, having previously been a champion and top contender. His recent record stands at 3-3 over his last six fights, including an unexpected loss to UFC great Anderson Silva (whom Paul defeated in 2022). His most recent outing was an unconvincing decision win against former UFC fighter Uriah Hall.

The undercard will feature Holly Holm`s first boxing match since 2013 as she takes on Yolanda Vega.

The Paul vs. Chavez Jr. event is scheduled to compete directly with UFC 317, which features a vacant lightweight championship bout between Ilia Topuria and former champion Charles Oliveira, and a flyweight title defense by Alexandre Pantoja against Kai Kara-France, originating from Las Vegas.

UFC 317`s pay-per-view cost is $79.99, requiring an ESPN+ subscription.
