British tennis player Fran Jones was unable to continue her first-round match at the Copa Colsanitas after collapsing on the court.
The 24-year-old athlete was preparing to serve in the decisive set of her match against Julia Riera when she lost her balance and fell to the ground.

Medical personnel on site quickly provided assistance before she was taken away in a wheelchair.
Tournament officials then issued a statement.
The statement read: "Due to a physical issue, Francesca Jones has withdrawn from her match against Julia Riera at 6-2 5-7 5-3, giving the victory to the Argentinian player.
"We wish the British tennis player a fast recovery."
It appeared Jones was having trouble breathing at times during the final set of the match.
She won the first set 6-2, but lost the second 7-5 to Riera.
The British player was behind 5-3 in the final set when she collapsed.
Jones is currently ranked 129th in the world in women`s singles.
Last month, she reached her highest career ranking of 123.
The 24-year-old has overcome significant challenges to become a professional tennis player.
She was born with Ectrodactyly Ectodermal Dysplasia Syndrome, a rare condition that resulted in her being born without two fingers and three toes.
Doctors had previously advised Jones against pursuing a tennis career, but she has since competed at Wimbledon and the Australian Open.
She has yet to advance past the qualifying rounds at the US Open and French Open.
Jones is also a friend of Emma Raducanu, and they have both represented Great Britain in the Billie Jean King Cup.
