BKFC Faceoffs Brawl: Fighter Grabs Scale as Weapon

MMA news

Things escalated quickly at the BKFC Fight Night: Hollywood weigh-ins. Leonardo Perdomo and Steve Herelius, the co-main event fighters, became the center of attention when a physical altercation broke out between them.

Following their weigh-in, as they posed for the customary face-off, words were exchanged, leading to tension. Suddenly, Herelius flicked his hand at Perdomo`s nose, provoking an immediate reaction. Perdomo retaliated with a punch and a shove.

Security personnel intervened to de-escalate the situation, and it seemed the conflict might be over. However, Herelius then grabbed the weigh-in scale and attempted to approach Perdomo, seemingly intending to use it as a weapon. BKFC President David Feldman quickly stepped in and disarmed Herelius, removing the scale from his grasp.

The anticipated fight between Herelius and Perdomo is scheduled to take place tomorrow.
