On April 14, 2008, Ryan Harrison from the United States, at just 15 years and 11 months old, became the 10th youngest player in tennis history to win a match on the ATP Tour. He defeated world No. 95 Pablo Cuevas in the first round of the Houston Open with a score of 6-4, 6-3. No player under 16 had achieved this feat since Rafael Nadal did so six years prior, and no other player has managed it since.
